What we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver our services.

  • Booking tools: if you book through our scheduling provider, they may collect your name, contact details, and appointment information on our behalf
  • Public Google Business Profile reviews, which we display on the site

  • Provide coaching, training, nutrition guidance, soft tissue, and rehab-related services you request
  • Manage bookings and follow up about sessions
  • Improve our website and communications where needed
  • Meet legal or professional obligations

How we store and protect information

Contact form submissions are stored in our secure database hosted by Supabase. Our website is hosted on Vercel.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we aim to keep access limited to people who need it to run the business.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and respond to you, including:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Vercel and Supabase)
  • Email delivery providers (for example Resend) so we can confirm your enquiry and notify our team
  • Booking or scheduling providers when you use an embedded booking tool
  • Professional advisers or authorities if required by law

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled carefully and only for the purposes described in this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver services, or meet legal and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email elijah@rpcstrength.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for the site to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy.

Third-party links and embeds

Our site may include links or embeds from third parties (for example a booking calendar or a Google Map of our listing). Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information once you leave our pages or interact with their tools.
