About these terms

RPC Strength operates this website to share information about our coaching services and to receive enquiries from people interested in training with us.

When you use this site, you agree to:

  • Use it lawfully and only for genuine enquiries or information about our services

Services information

Content on this website describes our coaching, training, nutrition support, soft tissue, and injury-related services in general terms. It is not personalised medical, physiotherapy, or dietary advice.

Results vary. Training involves physical effort and risk. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice before starting a new training program if you have health concerns or injuries.

Enquiries, bookings, and payments

Submitting a contact form or booking request does not create a coaching contract until we confirm the arrangement with you.

If you book or purchase services through a third-party scheduling or payment tool, that provider's terms may also apply to the booking and payment process.

Any pricing, packages, or session details we confirm with you will be set out clearly before you commit. If a paid service is later offered online, refunds and cancellations will follow the terms we provide at the time of purchase and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

If ACL guarantees apply to services we supply and those services fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a resupply or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL or other law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of resupply, where that limitation is allowed.
